Sending a Thank-You Note
The Simple Dollar recently posted an article about writing thank-you notes. It’s simply a sign of gratitude to helpful relatives, busines contacts, friends, or new acquaintances.
When I graduated from college, I received several monetary gifts from my godparents and my aunt. I couldn’t be more happy with the thought, even if the amounts were small, so I wrote handwritten thank-you notes and handed them to my mom for her to send.
After my first job interview, I wasn’t able to write a thank-you note to the guys. But prolly when I exit from my current trading firm, I will rightfully send my gratitude to them. It’s the least I can do to show my appreciation with their patience (or perhaps, tolerance) to my daily losses in trading. Of course, once I had secured enough money, I plan to pay them back monetarily. But thinking in that way is like planning a deathbed, so I am certainly not wishing for it to happen.
